By purchasing any product on our website, you agree to and accept our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
We reserve the right to update, amend or replace any part without prior notice.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices of our products are subject to change without notice.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the product.
Shipping costs are added to the prices of the products listed.
Payment can be made by Paypal, credit card, bank transfer or mbway.
In order to benefit from VAT exemption (intra-community), you will need to provide a valid VAT number from your country of origin when registering your account.
PRODUCTS
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse to sell a product to anyone for any reason at any time.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
SHIPPING
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 day of receiving payment and are sent via FedEx. You will then be given the number to track your order.
Shipping costs are added to the prices of the products listed.
Once orders have left our warehouse, we will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or incorrectly delivered packages. If you are having problems tracking an order, you will need to contact the parcel carrier for assistance.
The customer assumes responsibility for any additional costs on rejected packages. This includes any parcels returned due to no claim, incorrect address, etc.
We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred by items imported into your country.
RETURNS
The return of a product will only be accepted if the item is defective or damaged and not for any other reason; and always within the previously established period of 7 days from receipt of the product.
Any claims made after 7 days of receipt will not be considered for a refund or replacement. Also, do not discard the damaged item. You may be asked to return the damaged item before receiving a replacement or refund.
If the damage is caused by you or by the negligence of the postal service, we reserve the right to refuse to send a replacement or issue a refund.
Before returning a product, please contact us so that we can resolve the problem - include your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging.
The material must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, accompanied by its accessories, etc. Returns will only be accepted after agreement with Magic Diamond.
In the event of defective items being returned, upon receipt of the item, you will receive a direct exchange for another unit of the same product which will be checked for defects before dispatch.
Magic Diamond will only cover the cost of return postage if the product is faulty.
Magic Diamond reserves the right to refuse an exchange if it considers that the product is damaged due to excessive use or incorrect handling, and not due to a manufacturing defect.
Any item returned to Magic Diamond without prior agreement to receive the return will be kept by Magic Diamond, with no right to a refund or exchange.
